Consulting and co-hosting with Jim has been a profitable decision to say the least. From the beginning, his experience in Airbnb consulting was evident, and he had my property profiting in less time than I ever could have imagined. Because he is an owner as well as a consultant/co-host, he has a unique understanding of the vacation rental management industry from start to finish.

At Pond Hill, Jim did a great job decorating and completely accessorizing while working with the existing features of my property. The listing and guidebook look amazing and are well organized. More importantly, the space looks even better in person.

Co-hosting with Jim has been great too. His communication between guests and myself has been timely, professional, and crucial to success.

With that being said, I would highly recommend Jim if you are looking for real estate consulting to open or improve an Airbnb vacation rental.

I can’t give Jim enough praise for all that he has done to make Fern Haven a success. He made the transition to Airbnb seamless and has maintained the same quality of service for almost 3 years now. I’m constantly amazed at his attention to detail and comfort in a rental home, and he’s able to make simple suggestions that go a long way.

We’ve had great communication throughout the whole process, whether through texting, FB, or a phone call when necessary. Additionally, his communication with the guests is superb! He’s very skilled at saying just the right thing.

In light of all this, it is safe to say that with Jim; the housekeepers, the guests, and myself (the maintenance guy) are always in the loop.
