It was a 2 month project working with Doug to design the space and source the furnishings and decorations. Upon launch, Pond Hill was an instant success with a 70% or better occupancy rate.

The house did, however, have a lot of potential that was immediately seen by Jim. It could be opened up and made into a shabby-chic cottage with a large entertaining space and smaller bedrooms. The kitchen would need redone from the floor up. Permanent AC solutions would need to be installed. A hot tub is a must in this market and would need to be added.
Jim and his team spent 8 months completely re-imagining the space into what it is today. Walls were moved and ceilings were uncovered. The kitchen was moved and opened into the living room.
