Check the fridge for the current wifi password. 

Cell signals are nearly impossible to receive. It is STRONGLY recommended that you connect your smart phone to the internet and allow internet calling.

Please park in the designated area next to the home. There is enough room for 3 cars. 

Fern Haven has forced air conditioning. Thermostats are located on each level. The main level thermostat is located in the bedroom hallway and the master suite thermostat is located on the wall near the bed. 

Enjoy streaming TV with Roku along with a DVD player on the main level. Please be sure to log out of your favorite streaming service before you depart.

Spills happen! Please use the cleaning supplies under the kitchen sink and the old cleaning towels in the downstairs bedroom closet to clean up.

Extra blankets can be found in the living room closet and the closets in each bedroom.

Trash bags are provided. Please TIE all trash bags and only put trash bags into the bin outside. Pick up day is Thursday each week. 

The deck can become dirty with debris from above. Please use the broom located in the entryway behind the door. 

Please move the grill away from the deck railing before use. To use, turn on the gas, turn the lower burner knob to start, and press the igniter. Please remember to turn the propane off after each use. 

The firepit is located across the small dirt road from the house. Guests can get wood at Dori's Deli in Great Cacapon. 

County law prohibits open fires before 5PM in the spring and fall. A hose is located on the side of the house facing the driveway. Please use it to put the fire out when you are finished. Feel free to use kindling you find in the woods. 

• No glass in or near the hot tub.
• Please wipe the edge of the tub down after each use to remove lotions and detergents left behind.
• Turn off the jets when not in use.
• Be sure to keep the cover on when not in use.
