About Jim

After growing up in Idaho, I made my way to DC  after college. I loved living in the city but yearned for some peace an quiet.  My journey led me to Berkeley Springs, WV, where I purchased a cabin in 2009.

In 2015, my father became ill and I needed a way to be with him and ensure his medical needs were met. Airbnbing my cabin was a scary solution I was willing to try. After some prep, I launched Moss Hill and it was an instant success! The following two years I purchased and renovated two additional cabins. 

With several successful and award winning Airbnb's in town, friends started asking for help with making their airbnb's successful. This quickly turned into a new career in consulting and co-hosting!
